USER REGISTRATION
• Access to and browsing of our website, applications, and/or web components do not require prior registration. However, access to rates and/or agreements for certain services will require registration. Users are free to choose whether or not to register.
• Therefore, in accordance with Law No. 29733, the Personal Data Protection Law, and its regulations, we inform you that all data provided and registered in the forms submitted during the User registration process will be automatically registered and stored in the “CLIENTS” database of VIAJES DEL ALBA, thereby obtaining the free, prior, express, informed, and unequivocal consent of the Registered User.
• The Registered User grants direct consent to periodically receive electronic mailings containing advertising, news, reminders, invitations to contests, invitations to participate in surveys for statistical purposes, and other information related to the tourism sector.
• It is also established that all personal information provided will not be used, marketed, sold, rented, or transferred in any way, and will only be used to maintain communication with our Registered Users.
• Additionally, a copy of the identity document may be requested to validate this information, safeguarding the personal information of our Client at all times.
• The Client is directly responsible for possessing the corresponding documentation required by the relevant authorities. The process, management, and obtaining of the corresponding visa(s) to visit a country is the Client’s sole responsibility; therefore, VIAJES DEL ALBA cannot be held responsible for any problems the Client may encounter due to not having the documents in the conditions required by the relevant authorities.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
• For services managed through the reservations area, the process will be immediate, including payment and the generation of a reservation code. For quotes or budget preparation services, a specialist in the destination will be assigned to address your inquiry within 24 business hours.
• When sending a quote (budget based on a request), the estimated price is provided. However, this price may change since it is supplied by the vendors. The User or Registered User will be notified of any price changes. The price will not change once payment for the product or service has been confirmed.
• We are not responsible for unforeseen circumstances or force majeure, weather events that occur before or during the provision of services and that complicate their full or partial execution, nor for changes in schedules, cancellations, and/or rescheduling of flights, trains, or buses. However, we will offer all possible assistance to help the User or Registered User resolve any issues and support them with the corresponding refund requests.
• Furthermore, you will have access to accurate information about the services we provide in each quote and through our staff’s assistance. You can contact us during our office hours, from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

CANCELLATION AND REFUND
1. Date changes without penalty. (Subject to availability of the new date)
2. Reservations may be partially or fully canceled within 60 to 30 days prior to the start date of your trip without penalty. The full refund will be issued to your bank account, less any applicable bank fees (approximately $30 USD for international travel and no fees for travel within Peru).
3. If the cancellation or partial or total cancellation of the reservations occurs within 13 days prior to the start date of your trip, the pre-payment will be considered as a credit balance applicable to future reservations.
